Privacy notice

What we collect

• Email list: your email address, optional first name, the consent text you agreed to, and the date of that consent.
• Contact and feedback: your email, optional name, your message, and the page you sent it from.
• Tool data: deals, accounts, and calculations you enter in the tools stay in your own browser's local storage. They are not sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send the updates you consented to receive, and to reply to messages you send us. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Consent and withdrawal

Email subscriptions require an explicit opt-in checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by sending a removal request through the contact form. Withdrawal does not affect anything we lawfully did before it.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and to save the inputs you enter in the calculators and planning tools on your device. Optional analytics storage is only used if you accept it in the cookie banner. We remember your choice for twelve months, and if you are signed in we save it to your account so it follows you across devices. You can change it at any time with the cookie choices link in the footer.

Retention

Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Contact messages are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to our use of it. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it.

Security

Data is stored in a managed database with access restricted to the site administrators. Only administrators can read the subscriber list or contact messages.
